1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1   By accessing the p8989 website at p8989.cam, creating an account, or using any product, game, or service offered through the p8989 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

1.2   These Terms apply to all players using the p8989 platform, whether accessing via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. p8989 does not offer a downloadable native application; all access is through the web platform at p8989.cam.

1.3   These Terms should be read in conjunction with the p8989 Privacy Policy and the p8989 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

3 Account Registration

3.1   Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the p8989 platform. Registering or maintaining more than one account — regardless of the device, email address, payment method, or IP address used — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2   You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your p8989 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. Providing false registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3   p8989 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to use your p8989 account or the funds held within it.

3.4   p8989 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including where registration would conflict with applicable laws, regulations, or internal risk policies.

4 Account Security

4.1   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p8989 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2   p8989 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from p8989 that asks for your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.4   All actions taken on your p8989 account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. p8989 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, except where caused by the Platform's own negligence.

4.5   If you suspect that your p8989 account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify our support team immediately so that account access can be suspended pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1   All deposits and withdrawals at p8989 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your p8989 account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being declined and returned to your p8989 account balance.

5.5   Deposits are made at your own risk. p8989 is not liable for failed deposits caused by issues with your bank, e-wallet provider (GCash, PayMaya), or internet connection. If a deposit does not appear in your p8989 account within 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

5.6   p8989 does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed clearly in the Cashier before you confirm a withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1   All bonuses and promotional offers made available to p8989 players are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published alongside each offer on the p8989 Bonus page. In the event of any conflict between those promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion only.

6.2   Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a p8989 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they (or winnings derived from them) may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms and are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).

6.3   The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited under these Terms:

6.5   p8989 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, p8989 will honor the bonus for that player where reasonably practicable.

7 Games & Betting Rules

7.1   All slot games, live casino games, and virtual sports offered through p8989 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. These games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been audited by independent testing laboratories. p8989 does not modify the game logic or RNG parameters of any third-party supplied game.

7.2   In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, p8989's system logs will be used to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, p8989 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

7.4   p8989 reserves the right to impose betting limits — minimum and maximum stake amounts — on any game, market, or individual player account at its sole discretion.

7.5   p8989 does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted access to any game. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. p8989 will endeavour to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance via the site.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1   The following activities are expressly prohibited on the p8989 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, pending funds frozen, and the matter referred to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud: Use of stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund a p8989 account;
• Money Laundering: Use of the p8989 platform to conceal, convert, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity;

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Technical faults, server outages, or internet connectivity issues;

11.2   p8989's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their p8989 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability claim.

14.3   Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may seek redress through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
